I like Hermione's hair, pose and expression. I dont thinkthe canaries are supposed to come out like that though, isn't it a gun shot and nothing else?
You could draw a phoenix very nicely with that affect

I like it. Much more your own style than many other artists post--they usually copy Disney or Japanese-style stuff. This looks more real. |

Oh wow. I love how the lines are blunt but soft here. The canaries are simply lovely. I bet you could draw an absolutely lovely phoenix in that way. You've captured the sadness of Hermione perfectly. |
