I have never seen such a well-drawn Neville! I personally don't care for the way he is portrayed in the movies, and it is so nice and refreshing to see a picture of him in this light! Harry looks great too, but I am blown away by Neville's image. You have a made a wonderful piece!

| This is a fantastic. Both of the characters--especially Harry--are more like I imagine them to be than the actors who portray them in the movie. Harry looks haunted, and Neville looks almost lost. This really is an excellent representation of how the prophecy has, and hasn't, affected them both. |

That's great! It's so rare to see Harry and Neville pictured
together. Yet, really, they have a lot in common -- including
both being effectively orphaned by the Death Eaters.
I can't quite figure out what you have Harry holding.

This is extremely well done. Harry looks appropriately haggared and Neville has a more mature look about him than I've ever seen an artist give him...very appropriate. I like the touches of the Snitch in Harry's hand and the Mimbulus mimbletonia vine creeping up toward Neville's shoulder. My only criticism is that I'd like to have seen just a little more difinition to Harry's hand as it drapes over Neville's shoulder.
I'm coming back to "visit" this picture again soon. |
