As for Tonks' hair. A few things.
1) I orignally made her hair pink, and it was awesome, but it made the picture unbalanced, and made you not notice anything but her hair, and I didn't want that.
2) I really liked that candle, and had originally used it to balance the pic, so that the pic was framing Lupin, thus you notice him, and the candle was next to her, thus you notice her, and after I coloured it, I was like 'DUDE! I can't see anything but her bright hair and the bright candle!'
3) She has a variety of colours of hair, and I realised I had only done her in pink and mousey brown, and wanted to experiment.
