Even though Narcissa is pretty cold(I think), this picture is so warm. The colours you've used are really nice.
Though aren't Cissy's eyes supposed to be blue? I'm not sure. But the eyes in your picture seem grey-green to me.
The detail in her clothes is wonderful, and her hair is just wonderful. Her wand looks a little odd, but otherwise, this is an exellent picture.
