Nicely done. I really liked the 'lack' of colour in this piece. It's so fitting for the theme.

Oh, is this Harry walking down to the forest? Oh, wait--no, he'd need his invisibility cloak, right?
Well, I love the picture, even if I'm a bit confused as to what's going on. |

If this is Harry walking into the forest you've done a marvelous job of showing how bleak and alone he truly is. Well done. |

All of your pictures suffer from the same thing with the possible exception of this one ( almost time ) They are all very well drawn, & executed but so stylised that they have become virtually meaningless as art. Perhaps in an animated setting they would be fine as the story could give meaning etc. but otherwise they are just something that an A.I. could do perhaps as well or better. Please note that I am NOT trying to minimise your skill, just your over adherance to a style. Sorry I just noticed ( mea culpa ) that the ones I was talking about above were done by a different person.... Sorry

thank you for all of the coments they are greatly apriteated!
>to tom: thank you for the comment, consrtuctive critisisum is always good, as it was my first attempt at drawing one of the harry potter characters i was unsettled about what their facial features would turn out like, so i didnt spend to much on them. also, the picture is ment to show the light and shaddow from the moon. and just so you know i dont useally draw like this it was a one of and so it is not my 'style'.
p.s. just realised that u put at the bottem that you realised that the other pictures were not mine, sory if any of my other coments are still there! no harm ment. |
