Ginny is nice (I am assuming
she is the one in the foreground) but the Indian effect on Parvati is
just a littlebit overdone. I would know. Ginny is the one with the off-the-shoulder dress, standing in front of Cho.
I'm not sure why the outfit for Parvati is 'overdone'. I tend to think
that any wizard of ethnic desent would be more likely to wear robes
reflecting their ethnicity. It's traditional. In the book, I believe it
even said that she was wearing a sari. (I can't quote it, but since I'm
doing my 4th or 5th read-through of book four, I could double check.)
You didn't say Cho's costume was overdone, I have to ask why Cho's is
not overdone, though Parvati's is? (No, I'm not angry/annoyed
with this comment, I'm really curious.)
