Ooh, I like the stark style. And I appreciate the fact that Snape looks normal and not inherently evil. There is a brooding presence about him here, as though he resents his lot it life, but that's entirely appropriate to his character. Great job on one of my absolute favorite characters!

I love the simple black-and white look, the candle, the quill, the window, Snape's frown... Just about everything. Great work.

I love the contrast of the black and white. Perfect for such a dark good guy.

I really like the woodcut-effect this picture has with only black & white with no shades of gray.  Very striking!

Excellent execution.  Ink, right?  I've always held a soft spot in my heart for Snape, no matter how nasty he is, because he's a dedicated teacher and hopefully that's what I'll be one day, just not as "Snape-like," lol.  Brilliant details, like the line above his eye from concentration.

I like how stark this drawing is.  It captures the mood of how solitary and stark this man's life seems to be.  No matter how nasty his is to the students not in Slytherin, I can see the dedicated teacher he has become in his expression...either that, or he hates grading papers as much as his students hate writing them!  Well done, well done!

This is really great. I love the mood and the setting. Is this an ink work? It's very nice, and you should continue this sort of work.
