Would Snape , both Malfoys, and Pettigrew survive the final battle? Wouldn't they be pursued if they did and be on the run? Would Malfoy still have his house? Would they be so free as to watch Harry's house so easily?

Interesting escape and chase; that is quite good. I feel no regret for the lose of heartless Malfoy. But too bad his wand is broken (I guess things can't be too easy for Harry ).

I don't see them staying very long in battle if their side is losing. They got out of being accused Death Eaters once, what's to say they couldn't again. Scrimgeour is also corrupt as Fudge was.
About the "him" statement, what man doesn't expect his first child to be a male? Watch for that come the last chapter as well.

No where in canon does it indicate that a wizard has to have his wand to Apparate.
