Harry Potter and the Price of Freedom
On your recommendation I checked out Heather Alexander, a really stirring piece of music, one to warm the cockles of your heart indeed. Another good chapter, I'm surprised by Dean, I had him pegged for a baddie. Ah well, I can't always be right, in fact, I never am

I wonder if the "element of surprise" will be a nice drink of polyjuice between friends, with the result of not one, but many Harry's.  This would certainly confuse Voldermort.
Look forward to the next chapter to see if I am right (or not even close!)
Cheers.

We have a winner! Actually, that won't come out until Ch13.

Remember, of course, the key point that Neville's doing this on his own, not with Harry's knowledge.

Awesome chapter!!! What is Neville up to?  Surely he wouldn't be a death eater ... I look forward to more.

Ah, no. Neville is not a Death Eater. But I have to have you wondering about SOMEONE, and Dean's off the list now. ;-)

I have to say, that I really like this story.  You have taken it in a direction that no one in any fan fic I have read ever has.  I commend you on your inventiveness, and willingness to step out of the normal bounds of the story.  At the same time, I think it is possible you may have gone to far.  The story has become more of one of modern military tactics, and moved quite far from the wizarding world in many ways.  Either way, I will be reading to the end and waiting to see how things come out.  Probably the best thing you have done, is your willingness to kill of major caracters.  That takes guts and you do it plenty.

Actually, while this coming chapter is very "tactical", the final showdown between Harry & Co. and Voldemort involves no original characters and very little technology.
