Sorry I didn't review last chapter. You keep them coming so fast I just don't have time sometimes! Anyway, it's still excellent, as usual. No surprise there.
This chapter I enjoyed the Harry/Hermione interaction. She clearly knows more than she's letting on and Harry just doesn't want to talk about it. You did a great job showing his feelings through his words and actions - his occasional glances and blushes as he looked at her down the table. It was all just good fun. The best part is how it's getting dragged out. Not only does that make for more twists in the plot before our favorite couple gets together, but it makes for more reading for us, the readers!
At the end I really thought he was going to ditch Cho and then find a way to ask Ginny. Oh well - can't wait to see how he gets out of this one! If Ginny goes with Dean I feel sorry for the boy if Harry finally realizes what he's feeling! Of course, I think I wouldn't like him so much if he had just ditched Cho.
The explanations on the Snogging Scale were really funny. I love the idea of Hermione trying to explain it because it's just totally opposite her character. Throw in a little of Ron's imagination and Ginny and Harry in a room together discussing said Scale and you get some real fun!

The Snogging Scale is brilliant, isn't it? The first time I read it in Confessions of Georgia Nicholson, I had to put down the book because I was laughing so hard. It's so outrageous, but there's a grain of truth in it, isn't there? It's certainly an improvement over 'First Base', 'Second Base', etc. That's probably why Hermione felt compelled to correct Harry in this 'very suspect' rating system, thus revealing that she was more interested than she actually wants them to know.
Poor Harry, eh? *sigh* Will this boy ever get a clue? Maybe by next chapter! |

| Hahaha I love Ron and Hermione! That was a bloody brilliant conversation with the Trio, I loved it! So funny, the Snogging Scale and all the embarrassment it cause for Ron and Hermione... lol. I'm interested to see what happens in Hogsmeade tomorrow too, because it's so bloody obvious that Harry and Ginny want to go with each other but both of them are stuck with different dates.
