He looks better than Michael Gambon (I dislike Gambon's Dumbledore with a fiery passion). | | Tuesday 20th December 2005 01:21 | Author Response | | He's most famous for playing Captain Picard on Star Trek, the Next Generation, and that role is rather similar to Dumbledore's: he's a likeable yet distant leader, is clearly not young but doesn't seem the least bit old. Another similar role was Professor Xavier from the X-Men movies. I like his eyes; they are so compelling.
