"Oh she has such a pretty face.. but her boobs are sagging lol."
This is what I said. In NO way was it offensive, or making fun of your work. It was merely a comment.
"I don't know about that, I think they are proportionally in place, according to the model I used as reference. And I wasn't aware that everyone in the HP world had to have silicone perky boobs. Maybe it's written somewhere and I missed it."
This is your response. Your sarcastic remark, used somewhat as a defense mechanism, made me WANT to make fun of your work, because, in actuality, the breasts are pretty much the most hideous things I've ever seen in my entire life.
"Nah, they don't all have to have perfect breasts, but she does look pretty young here, and usually young people don't have granny saggy breasts."
That was my response, saying exactly what I should have said in my first comment, basically they're ugly.
"Like I said, that's what you think. I think, she and the magazine model I used as reference are in proportion with the position she's sitting. I bet most grannies wish they had breasts like that. Now if you don't have anything constructive to say in a review, you might as well not say anything. Making fun of other people's works is just annoying."
I'd really like to see the model you used. Really. I doubt any model would have breasts like that haha.
"Don't post your art up if you're not up to the fact that some people might not totally agree with how you portray a certain character. Yes, I read that this is not how you view her, but still, her breasts look unproportianate, and really, quite ugly. I'm being honest. I'd rather be honest than LIE about how this picture looks. Fin."
This is me basically telling you to suck. it. up.
"I didn't post my art here, I was asked to have some of my works posted here. I didn't even do it, the administrator the ones she liked. But I take con-crit anytime, in my own art page and I thank everyone who gives me constructive advice on how to better my work. What I don't like is smart- comments like some you left on this and other works. Maybe you should have more tact and phrase better your thoughts, then people may take your criticism as advice."
You take constructive criticism? I doubt that, considering the way you reacted to my comments. You think my comments were smart-alecky? Fine. You want con-crit, then? Maybe you should make the breasts look more fuller, rather than flat, make them pop out a bit. Because right now they look long and flat. Also, you see that you put a line to show her breasts? Well, that line shows that her breasts are full, but then you made it seem like they're flat. That just doesn't work. Finally, the breasts are really far down. Her chest is flat, and then all of a sudden her breasts come up? That's pretty strange. I have never seen anyone's breasts begin down by their lower rib cage.
Oh yes, and by the way, it's not only me that thinks this. I am in an actual art class right now and everyone here agrees with me. So it's not like I'm the only one, or that I have something against you or anything. It's just the truth. Thanks and bye. |
