| This picture is beautiful. It makes my heart go out to young Severus as he whistfully looks upon his one true friend. I really like how he's holding her hair, it's such a personal gesture. You've done a marvelous job forming both of their hands into such natural-looking positions and the fact that Severus' hair looks less greasy than it is in the books made me smile... he just may have washed it before meeting Lily! Great picture! Thanks for sharing it with us. |

Liy is so beautiful in this piece. Even Snape looks better than he did in recent years. Great job on your work all around.
You can tell there is such longing in both their eyes. Snape's longing is of Lily, and her longing is of what can possibly be; who and what she is. Two different longings but one common goal.

| This is beautiful. Lily is absolitely exquisite. The look on her face is wistful and knowing, somehow. But Snape really breaks my heart.. The look on his face is so mournful, almost hopeless. I love the delicate way he is touching Lily's hair. I think this is a picture of a feeling we all know. At some time we have all been the lover of someone who doesn't requite, seem to notice, or even really want the attention--at least not from us. Very, very nicely done. |
